Jet24 collects contact details, trip preferences, and communication history to provide concierge and quote services. We do not sell personal data.

What we store

Name, company, preferred contact channel (LINE / WhatsApp / phone / email), trip requests, preferences (catering, pets, favorite routes), and payment proof references.

Sensitive documents

Passport and ID storage is optional and deferred. For MVP, document handling may be manual via concierge. Do not upload unnecessary identity documents through the web form.

Sharing

Trip details required for quoting are shared with licensed aviation partners assigned to your request. Partners are contractually limited to operational use.
