These terms govern use of the Jet24 website and concierge services. By requesting a quote you agree that Jet24 acts as a charter broker and concierge intermediary, not as an air carrier.

Quotes & availability

All prices and aircraft options are indicative until confirmed by a licensed operator. Crew, airport slots, permits, repositioning, and fuel can change availability and price.

Bookings & payment

Acceptance of a quote creates a request for Jet24 to confirm with the operator. Deposit via bank transfer or invoice is required as stated on the quote. Cancellation terms on each quote apply.

Empty legs

Empty-leg listings are subject to operator confirmation and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Jet24 and the operator.
